Bristlecone Pine, Curly and Colorful Bowl; Native American Made

From: Natural Cherokee

“Atsila” (fire) One of a kind, hand sculptured  bowl made from bristlecone pine.  Bristlecone pine is rare, as is this 360 live edge bowl.  Add in the natural fire color and you have a highly desirable piece of art.   I collected this colorful knuckle  at an extreme location west of Manitou Springs, Colorado at around 10,500 ft.   The rich colors of the wood are natural.   This piece is sealed  with mineral oil and is water resistant.  This art is safe to use for serving food and to clean with warm water.   Fine to reapply mineral oil, as you would to a cutting board.  This piece balances on its side and as a bowl, providing multiple display options.
