Fruit and Nut Bread

A rustic 40% whole wheat bread with a fruit and nut combination.

Ingredients: Flour, Water, Nuts, Dried Fruit, Salt, Yeast.

Common allergens: gluten, nuts.



Lovely breakfast bread or add it to a charcuterie board.  Flavor is earthy thanks to the whole wheat flour and nuts with a touch of sweetness from the dried fruits.
