Sourdough baking classes offered for May. The class is designed to teach the student how to make a rustic sourdough boule and how to feed/maintain a sourdough starter. Students will take home a mature starter, a fully baked bread, and a prepared dough to bake later. Superb value.
Students always love these hands on classes, come join the fun! They are small (limited to 4 people), personalized class so the instructor can answer every question you have to get you baking your own sourdough. You will leave with new skills and what you bake.
Cost covers instruction, facility fee, ingredients and you take home what you bake.
