“S” Cookies – Anise Biscotti

One Dozen Biscotti.  These are very old traditional Italian cookies, commonly referred to as “S” cookies due to their shape. They are soft biscotti made with yeast dough, lightly sweetened, then flavored with vanilla and anise, finally topped with white sesame seeds for a bit of balance. Lovely to look at but even more lovely with a cup of tea or coffee, order a dozen today.
