Steffany’s sound sessions are divine. She works with individuals, small groups & large groups. Sessions, Sound Baths & Events! She understands how sound & creativity can positively affect mind, body & spirit. With her background in music, training as a sound practitioner, twenty years of teaching experience in the arts, in addition to advising and wellness coaching experience, Steffany is easy to talk to and has a passion for weaving healing sound and creativity into our everyday living.

Her presence is soothing and reassuring. The individual and duo sound sessions she offers are deeply relaxing, a must-have experience!

A therapeutic sanctuary of sound. Take some time to relax and restore with the benefits of curated, soothing sounds in an individual session, small group session or sound bath experience.

– Sessions are by appointment. –

Instruments include: Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, cymbal, hanging bowls, planetary chimes, tuning forks, weighted acupressure tuning forks, drums, soft rattles and more.

Benefits may include: improved energetic flow, improved physical and emotional balance, sense of feeling grounded-centered, anxiety relief, pain relief, improved sleep, synthesis of left-right hemisphere brain activity and more.

Steffany Butts-Boucher of ECHO Studio is a certified sound practitioner-coach, meditation guide, licensed spiritual healer and an artist with a masters degree from Parsons School of Design, NYC. She began studying music and art from a young age. She is certified in complementary modalities such as acupressure, aromatherapy, reiki, meditation, breathwork and is Trauma-Informed-Care trained. Steffany facilitates art-centered meditations and workshops in Neuro-Automatic Drawing and the Sonic-Art Practice. She works individually with clients on creating routines and nutritive soundscapes that support their lifestyle. She is passionate about our sound ecology and the evolution of sound. It is her mission to empower others on their journey through holistic wellness modalities and supportive resources.

Hello, Thank you for visiting Manitou Made! My name is Steffany Boucher and I absolutely love Manitou Springs. I am a long-term resident of Manitou. I love waking up in a home that is nestled in the mountains. With morning bird songs, the refreshing mineral springs and the sound of water from the nearby creek that flows through town, it is my heart – it is my home. I love our community, being able to go for a walk and connect with local friends and familiar faces. Manitou locals are incredibly passionate about their community and supportive of one another. When I walk around Manitou, I feel relaxed, grounded, connected and it is an experience that I treasure. These are the reasons I chose to open a business in Manitou. I hope you will love it too.

A few of my favorite haunts in Manitou Springs include The Penny Arcade, The Manitou Springs Library, and The Mineral Springs.

I highly recommend stopping by the Manitou Art Center, Jibwa Studio & Gifts, La Henna Boheme, Legrande Accents Boutique, The Southwest Silver Co., Commonwheel Artists Co-op, Rockey’s Studio, and checking out the work of local artists!

For coffee, my go-to is The Loft. The staff at the Loft are always so welcoming and their bagels are made fresh! For lunch or dinner, my favorite stops are Adam’s Mountain Cafe and Swirl Wine Bar. I hope you enjoy your time with Manitou Springs! Cheers!
