First Friday is one of the best days of the month, and we don’t want you to miss it for any reason! In partnership with Downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs, Peak Radar is hosting our community’s next First Friday on December 4 from 5PM to 8PM. You can see the entire list on Peak Radar! They’re proud to showcase local artists and gallery owners who are excited to give you in-person shows, “virtual tours,” or hybrids of both of their current shows and exhibitions.
COPPeR Virtual First Friday Challenge
- The December Virtual First Friday Challenge is sponsored by the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region (COPPeR).
- $500 in challenge dollars will be given away at the top of every hour, 5-8 p.m. on First Friday, December 4 for a total of $1,500.
- Because $500 will be given away each hour, purchases can count toward the match even if you as a customer don’t make a transaction right at 5 p.m.
- These funds will be distributed as $25 “matching gifts” to the businesses on purchases of $25 or more made between 5-8 p.m. MST.
- To count purchases toward the challenge, galleries can send sales records for the evening, or patrons can send their receipts to claire@downtowncs.com with the subject line “VFF Challenge.”
Virtual only events will have an asterisk next to the title.
